If your smoke detector looks like these below, or has the name “Kiddie” or “BRK” on it, it is an electrical smoke and is part of your home electrical system. It may be interconnected for monitoring by A1, but we can not service these devices. You will need to contact your electrician to service these as they are connected to your home electrical system.

Fire Alarm Panel Sounding or Beeping

If your Fire Alarm Panel (FAP) is sounding or beeping, while we monitor the FAP we do not service it. You will need to contact your Fire Service Company to address the issue with the FAP.
